Exam Name: Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET)
Conducted by: CBSE
Mode: Offline (OMR Based)
Purpose: To qualify candidates for teaching Classes 1–8 in Govt. Schools.

Eligibility
For Paper 1 (Class 1–5):
– 12th with 50% marks + D.El.Ed or B.El.Ed.
For Paper 2 (Class 6–8):
– Graduation with 50% marks + B.Ed.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years, no upper limit.
✅ B.Ed and D.El.Ed students can also apply!
